Abstract Township of Hillsborough, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 10 March 1825, proved 1 April 1825. Wife Mary my dwelling, farm and furniture for life. Grandson William LUTES a lot of land for which I have memorialed, the Grant of which shall be paid for out of my property and also to Chop and cut down and clear off three acres of said Land each and every year until he is age 21. If grandson Robert McPHARLANE faithfully serve my wife until he is of age, he shall then memorial for a lot of land, the Grant of which and all expenses attending it Shall be paid out of my property. After wife's decease remaining property to my children then living. Wife Mary and son John LUTES executors. Witnesses: Abraham DRYDEN, Andrew STEEVES, James CUSACK.
