Inventory, dated 16 April 1817, valued at £2,264 by Elisha ANDREWS, Gordon GILCHRIST and John STRANG, included a farm lately purchased from Joseph WALTON valued at £1,300 and 13 Town Lots in St. Andrews valued at £65.
