Abstract Parish of Botsford, Westmorland County. Intestate. Administration granted 20 August 1832 to Robert BUTLER, of Botsford, during the minority of Elena MAHAN, the widow of the deceased. Fellow bondsmen Thomas JOYCE and John PHELEN, all of Westmorland County. Thomas JOICE, Joseph [BOURK] and Joshua TINGLEY directed to appraise the estate. Petition of Patrick MAHAN dated 19 December 1861 stated his father, the late Patrick MAHAN, died leaving a widow and two sons, the petitioner, and Thomas who is now residing at Shediac, that the widow married [William] [HORNCASTLE] and lives at [Botsford] and prays the accounts be examined and passed.
