Son John MARSHALL Lot 38 where I now dwell with my farming utensils and half of my stone cutting tools. Son David Sim MARSHALL Lot 15 on east side of Cumberland Bay and £20. Daughter Margaret ROBERTSON 20 shillings. Daughter Elizabeth a cow above the one she hath allready which was given her by Mr. James BELL which is to be delivered to her when ever she may choose to leave my Family. Daughter Anne a cow when she comes of age or marries. Daughter Ellanor a cow when she comes of age or marries. Daughter Agnes a cow when she comes of age or marries. Two youngest daughters Jennet and Jane each a cow when they come of age or marry. Son-in-law John ROBERTSON and son David Sim MARSHALL executors. Witnesses: Eber STONE, John BALMAIN. Inventory of real and personal estate, dated 12 June 1810, valued at £409 by Daniel STILWELL, Thomas CARLE Junr. and John BALMAIN.
