Abstract No residence cited, Kings County, Schoolmaster. Will dated 5 October 1834, proved 28 January 1835. Out of my property which consists of thirty nine pounds thirteen shillings and ten pence in notes of hand, one pound cash in hand, one years provincial allowance for teaching school, fifteen pounds two shillings and nine pence of sundry dues, my watch, wearing apparel and two chests, to brother John 5 shillings. Brothers Duncan and Donald each two pounds. Sister Margaret five pounds. Sister Catharine two pounds. Residue to my parents, if they are still alive. My wearing apparel to nephew Peter McDIARMID, son of my brother John. Ebenezer SMITH Esq. and William SIMPSON executors. Witnesses: Alexander HENDERSON, George ROBSON, Margret ROBSON. Inventory "of the property of the late Hugh McDIARMID diseased(sic) of South Stream who diseased on the 23d day of December 1834" filed 23 January 1835.
