Nephew William SMART Lot 7 Pleasant Ridge, 300 acres, where he resides; 100 acres, south part Lot 6, purchased from heirs of Dougald THOMPSON; 100 acres in Town of Eastport, now a part of the State of Maine, purchased from John REID and Peleg COFFIN, Commissioners for selling lands in that quarter previous to the separation of Maine from Massachusetts; a bond due me from Ebenezer WORMEL and Joel WORMEL of Lubeck, Washington County, State of Maine, £100 N. B. Currency; and Lot 17 Pleasant Ridge, 300 acres, formerly granted to William STEWART, purchased from the heirs of Donald McDONALD Esq. Thomas WYER and David John MOWAT executors. Witnesses: Francis E. PUTNAM, William JACK, [An--.] McALLISTER.
