Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County. Will dated 15 February 1796, proved 4 March 1796. Wife Sarah the use of the residue of my farm and stock during her widowhood. George NICKERSON half the farm. Charlotte NICKERSON a cow and two sheep. At wife's death or marriage her portion of the farm, stock and furniture to George NICKERSON, he paying Charlotte NICKERSON £25. If George does not live with my wife during her widowhood the bequests to be null and void and the bequests to become the property of William NICKERSON, son of my brother Thomas NICKERSON, if he will live with my widow. Brother Thomas NICKERSON one two-year-old mare and two ewes unto Sarah BARTON, daughter of Roger BARTON. Wife Sarah and Thomas NICKERSON of Hampstead executors. Witnesses: Thomas MORRELL, William BANKS, Alexander KEVAND. Inventory, dated 5 March 1796, valued at £266 by William BANKS and Hugh COWPERTHWAITE.
