Sons Simon and James OUTHOUSE my homestead Lots 72, 73, 74 and 75, 200 acres on the [Beach] Hill granted to me, a 21-acre lot on Great Marsh and 24 acres in total on the [Sunkine] Island Marsh. My five daughters Mary KANNEAR, Sarah, Ann, Rebeckah and Synthia OUTHOUSE each £40. Wife Elizabeth OUTHOUSE and son Simon OUTHOUSE executors. Witnesses: Jonathan BURNHAM, George LAWRENCE, Samuel ROGERS.
