Abstract Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 16 May 1812, proved 15 June 1812. Sons William and Manning OUTHOUSE 300 acres at Wood Point, two 10 acre lots. Sons Simon and James OUTHOUSE my homestead Lots 72, 73, 74 and 75, 200 acres on the [Beach] Hill granted to me, a 21-acre lot on Great Marsh and 24 acres in total on the [Sunkine] Island Marsh. My five daughters Mary KANNEAR, Sarah, Ann, Rebeckah and Synthia OUTHOUSE each £40. Wife Elizabeth OUTHOUSE and son Simon OUTHOUSE executors. Witnesses: Jonathan BURNHAM, George LAWRENCE, Samuel ROGERS.
