Grandson Gervas Say VERNER one-half of the land, livestock and all my husbandry tools. Grandson William Henry VERNER one-quarter of the land and livestock. Grandsons James Anthony VERNER and George Edward VERNER and grand-daughters Anna Say VERNER and Sarah Matilda VERNER each £20 at age 21. Grandson Gervas Say VERNER sole executor. Witnesses: David BURPE, Isaac SIMMONS, Hugh COWPERTHWAITE.
