Abstract Parish of Salisbury, Westmorland County. Will dated 13 November 1824, proved 5 April 1831. My two grandsons Young and Caleb BECK the homestead farm where I now live, but to remain in the hands of my executors for the maintenance of my daughter Joannah and her children so long as she, or they shall remain unmarried. Grandson James BECK my lot on the North River east of the land owned by Daniel WHEATON. Each of my grand-daughters, the children of my daughter Joannah, that are now living, two cows and six sheep. Grand-daughter Rebecka BARCHERT already received her full proportion and I exclude her from said Legacy by paying her five Shillings. Residue of estate to grandsons Young and Caleb BECK. Grandson David CRANDAL, nephew Ring SHERMAN and friend Joseph BLAKENEY executors. Witnesses: William SCOTT, Robert SMITH, Martin BECK.
