Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Tailor. Died 10 March 1828 intestate. Administration granted 20 March 1828 to William GILBERT, one of the creditors, and Philip KEHOE, friend of the widow, the widow Eleanor SULLIVAN having renounced in their favour. Fellow bondsmen Thomas NISBET and George WOODS, all of the City of Saint John. Undated inventory, filed 8 November 1828, valued at £97 by the surviving administrator, Philip KEHOE. While the name is generally cited as "Daniel SULLIVAN," occasional references have it "Daniel A SULLIVAN or O SULLIVAN" and the widow signed as "Ellen O SULLIVAN," creating the impression that the surname may have been properly "O'SULLIVAN."
