Abstract Parish of Burton, Sunbury County. Will dated 17 December 1810, proved 1 November 1824. Wife Susannah all estate while widow. Son-in-law Andrew KINNEY my farming tools. Son Nathaniel TAPLEY all money due after wife's decease. After wife's decease, Lot 10 in Burton and one-half of a Gore of land granted to John ATHERTON and Abraham DePEYSTER in Burton and my lands on Oromocto Island to be divided among my heirs. Son Nathaniel TAPLEY and Richard KIMBALL executors. Witnesses: John HAZEN, John DOW, Charles BOWYER. CODICIL dated 4 December 1823 Charles HAZEN of Burton should replace Nathaniel TAPLEY, who has left the Province, as one of the executors. Codicil not signed or witnessed. Administration granted to Nathaniel TAPLEY and Richard KIMBALL, the named executor, Charles HAZEN, having declined.
