Abstract Formerly of the County of Donegal, Ireland, now of the City of Saint John, St. John County, Labourer. Will dated 28 March 1832, proved 1 May 1833. All property, goods and effects consisting of a house and furniture situate in Queen Street to my present wife and vest in my wife Jane power at her demise to bequeath the property to those branches of the family whom she may consider as persons worthy and needful of it. Son John TATE one shilling and three pence and one shilling to each of my other surviving children. Benjamin DOCKEREL(sic) and wife Jane executors.
