Abstract Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Acadian. Will dated 24 March 1827, proved 17 April 1828. Wife Mary THERRIOT one third of the lot of land granted to me bounded on the east by Francis LEGERE and on the west by John BABINOT. Sons Remie THERRIOT, Theodore THERRIOT, [Gregware] THERRIOT, Clement THERRIOT and [Marrang] THERRIOT and my daughter Theresa ROBISHA each 5 shillings, they having been already provided for. Auguste LEGERE and Jaques LEGERE, the two children of my late daughter Mary, a pair of oxen. Sons Peter THERRIOT, Simon THERRIOT and Lawrence THERRIOT the remaining two-thirds of my real and personal estate. Wife Mary THERRIOT and son Simon THERRIOT executors. Witnesses: George THOMPSON, Francis TIBEDO, Peter TIBEDO. Daniel HANINGTON, Simon LEGERE and John BABINOT directed to appraise the estate. On 26 July 1828 the widow Mary THERRIOT renounced her right of executorship.
