Abstract Parish of Portland, St. John County, Farmer. Died 1 May 1831 intestate. Administration granted 29 July 1831 to the widow Frances TYSON of the Parish of Portland. Fellow bondsmen Moses H. PERLEY and John M. WILMOT Esq., both of Saint John. Undated inventory valued at £165 by John JORDAN and James COSHER included a "Farm on the South Branch of the Hammond River containing 200 acres, about 30 of which cleared in the usual way without being stumped, a small log house and a new Barn frame without rafters" valued at £125.
