Executors sworn on 23 February 1833. Sons William WELLING, Frederick WELLING and Peter WELLING each £15. Daughters Mary MILLS, Jerusha MILLS and Ann HARHMAN(sic) each £15. Daughter Ester WELLING £20 when she comes of age. Sons James WELLING and Moses WELLING land on south side of William MELLEN(sic) Senior purchased from Samuel CORNWELL. Son Benjamin WELLING land on the north side of William MILLNE(sic) Senior. Wife Elizabeth WELLING my homestead lands, houses, barns, buildings, farming utensils, cattle, goods and chattels for life while my widow, and at her death to be divided between sons John WELLING and Thomas WELLING. Wife Elizabeth and sons John and Thomas WELLING executors. Witnesses: John WELLING Junr., Thomas WELLING, James WELLING.
