Abstract No residence cited, Kings County, Esquire. Will dated 25 March 1792, proved 25 February 1815. Wife Hannah all my real estate on Grimross Neck and Long Island Queens County and at the head of Milkish Creek, Kings County and in the City of Saint John in Carleton and Duke Streets. Daughter-in-law Amelia DICKINSON my land in Conway, Deerfield, Shelburne and Barnardstown in the Province of Massachusetts Bay, County of Hampshire, New England, and my Lot 16 on the west side of the Grand Bay in Kings County, New Brunswick. My wife being pregnant, to the child she shall bear my Lots 13 and 14 on the west side of Grand Bay and all lands due me as a British officer. My unborn child, and "to its Mother in case of its death under age, my said dearly beloved wife having the use and improvement of all the within mentioned Land, for the purpose of educating the before mentioned Children" until they are of age. Wife Hannah my servants, household goods and moveable estate. Wife Hannah WOOLSEY, my brother William W. WOOLSEY and friend Fitch ROGERS executors. Witnesses: Zephaniah BEARDSLEY, Annanias HUDDLESTON.
