Deposition dated 4 December 1827 by William SHARP of Township 17, Prince Edward Island, upwards of 58 years old, formerly resided in County of Dumfries, Scotland and knew Margaret and Alexander CAVAN, daughter and son of Nathaniel CAVAN and Margaret AFFLECK of Dumfries, and that the daughter Margaret CAVAN married Robert MILLIGAN, now of Township 17 in P.E.I.
