Two sons William D'MILL and John Thomas Smith D'MILL the rest of my farm, being Lot 3 and part of Lot 4, except one fourth part of a piece of marsh to son Henry D'MILL and one fourth part of the same marsh to son Rufus D'MILL. William D'MILL to give my son Nathan D'MILL £25 when he comes of age and the farm he has drawn, now in a state of Nature, or to the amount of it. John Thomas Smith D'MILL to give Nathan D'MILL £25 when he comes of age and to give my son Rufus D'MILL the farm that he drew when he comes of age. Personal estate to be divided among my five sons. CODICIL dated 7 December 1823 bequeaths 5 shillings to son Abraham D'MILL. Witness: James COOKSON. CODICIL dated 11 December 1824 a mahogany chest to John T. S. D'MILL, a set of china ware to daughter Frances Elizabeth, and to next daughter Mary Anne 4 large teaspoons and sugar tongs. Witness: James COOKSON. Inventory, dated 18 February 1825, valued at £233 by John HUMBERT, Edward F. SHARLAND and Monmouth FOWLER.
