Résumé Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 27 September 1830, proved 23 May 1831. Son William SNOWDON the farm now occupied by him and seven acres of dyked marsh. Son John SNOWDON a tract of upland belonging to the homestead farm at Wood Point now in his occupation. Son Valentine SNOWDON the remaining upland now in my possession and the dwelling in which I reside. Sons John and Valentine all the marsh belonging to me and the part of my homestead farm northwest of the Joggins road. Sons William SNOWDON and John SNOWDON a 21 acre marsh lot on the Coles Island marsh. Daughter Rebecca, wife of Jonathan SMITH, six acres of diked marsh on the West Marsh adjoining land owned by Obadiah AYER. Daughter Mary SMITH, wife of Jotham SMITH, four acres of diked marsh on the West Marsh. Daughter Louis WARD, wife of James WARD, four acres of diked marsh on the West Marsh. Daughter Dorcas TOWER, wife of William TOWER, four acres of marsh on the Great Marsh near the broken bridge, adjoining land belonging to the Estate of the late Ralph THOMPSON. Daughter Cynthia CLARKE, wife of James CLARKE, a four acre lot of marsh on the Great Marsh adjoining land belonging to Michael GRACE. Daughter Sarah LEAMAN, widow of the late Nicholas LEAMAN, £40. Daughter Amy EVERETT £40. Grandson Abiel SMITH, son of my daughter Charlotte SMITH, the wilderness land belonging to share 6 in letter A division on second West Cock Hill. Son Valentine SNOWDON all the wilderness land belonging to share 8 in letter A division conveyed by the late John BARNES to Samuel GAY Esq., a lot of land in Cape [Maranquire] belonging to the right number 6 consisting of 66 acres and my personal estate. With respect to the children of my late daughter Charlotte, wife of Charles SMITH, Charlotte and Abiel to remain with and be brought up by my son Valentine SNOWDON, Snowdon to remain with and be brought up by my son John, and that Tabitha to remain with and be brought up by Jonathan SMITH. Sons William SNOWDON, John SNOWDON and Valentine SNOWDON executors. Witnesses: Charles F. ALLISON, Bedford BOULTONHOUSE.
