Petition of James ACKERLY requesting administration stated that Moses CRAFT drowned on 14 November 1827 when he fell overboard from a wood boat on the way from Washdemoak Lake to Saint John. Inventory, dated 8 January 1828, valued at £114 by Obadiah AKERLY, John James AKERLEY and Robert W. NOWLAN, included notes of hand of Isaac CRAFT and [Hazen] CRAFT and a half interest in the wood boat "Flying Fish" valued at £55.
