The marriage of Edwin S. ALLEN to the only daughter of C.C. SCHURMAN of Rodney, N.S. took place at the bride's father's, Wednesday afternoon, 27 ult., 3 o'clock. The bride was attended by a cousin, Miss Alice SCHURMAN. The groom was assisted by his brother, Ainslie ALLEN. The nuptial knot was tied by Rev. F.J. Pentelow of River Philip, assisted by Rev. C.W. Hamilton, Bayfield, N.B. The happy couple left at 5 o'clock en route to their home at Upper Cape, Botsford (West. Co.) N.B.
