May 7th - The death of John KIRKLAND took place at Kingston (Kent Co.) early yesterday morn. The deceased, who was between 50 and 60 years old, has been ill for some time and his death was not unexpected. He was by trade a painter and in the decorating line was a skilled workman. Mr. Kirkland was a good vocalist. He was also an accomplished ventriloquist. Mrs. Kirkland, who survives him, is a sister of Surveyor General TWEEDIE.
