We have this week to record the death of John W. KIRKLAND who died at his residence in Kingston (Kent Co.) last Friday morn. Deceased was a native of Fredericton. Nearly 40 years ago he came to Kingston where he has resided ever since. He was by occupation a painter and cabinet maker. A few weeks ago he was first attacked by paralysis, a second and third attack resulted in his death. The funeral took place last Sunday. His remains were buried in the Presbyterian burying ground at Kingston. Mrs. McINTOSH, his daughter and A. PROWSE, his son-in-law, both of Murray Harbor, P.E.I., arrived here too late to see him alive. Deceased was 60 years of age.
