Located on Erb Lake, 3.93 km SSW of Apohaqui: Sussex Parish, Kings County: included Secord and Second Tier Settlement: in 1871 Erb Settlement had a population of 50, including the families of Frederick Erb, Henry Erb, Warren Erb and William Erb: PO Erb 1886-1912 with Fred Erb as postmaster: in 1898 Erb Settlement was a farming community with a population of 200.
