Located on S side of the Tobique River, 2.54 km E of Currie: Perth Parish, Victoria County: in 1898 Hillside was a flag station on the Tobique section of the Canadian Pacific Railway: included the community of Brymer: PO 1903-1906 with Albert Brymer as postmaster: included the community of Caldwell Brook: PO Caldwell Brook 1916-1950.
