Located 1.85 km N of Sackville, on the road to Upper Sackville: Sackville Parish, Westmorland County: PO from 1874: in 1898 Middle Sackville was a station on the New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island Railway and a farming, lumbering and manufacturing community with 1 post office, 5 stores, 1 hotel, 2 tanneries, 1 carriage factory, 2 shoe factories, 1 woodworking factory, 1 carding mill, 1 church and a population of 600: today Middle Sackville is within the town of Sackville.
