Located on N side of the Tobique River, 3.81 km E of Tobique Narrows: Perth Parish, Victoria County: PO 1880-1938: in 1898 Rowena was a flag station on the Tobique section of the Canadian Pacific Railway and a farming settlement with 1 post office, 1 sawmill and a population of 40.
