Located 3.14 km NW of Plaster Rock, on the road to Anfield: Gordon Parish, Victoria County: established in 1856 as Tobique: re-established in 1876 as Sisson Ridge: additional settlers came to the area following the adoption of the Free Grants Act in 1879: PO 1887-1939: in 1898 Sisson Ridge was a settlement with 1 post office, 1 store, 1 church and a population of 50.
