Located on the Northumberland Strait, 3.71 km N of Saint-Édouard-de-Kent and 3.15 km NE of Caissie-Village: Wellington Parish and Richibucto Parish, Kent County: first called Chockpish: PO 1861-1879: in 1866 Chockpish was a farming settlement with about 90 families: PO Côte-Sainte-Anne 1908-1956: became part of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent.
