Wife Jane use of entire estate for life, she to keep George TREDWELL, his father agreeing, until he reaches age 14, then he to be put to trade. At wife's death, as their portion, George TREDWELL £200, George CLOWS £200, Jane TREDWELL £50. Wife Jane ALLEN and Amos PERLEY executors. Witnesses: John D'VEBER, Asa PERLEY, Henry PRIESTER. CODICIL undated (prob. executed on same date as the Will). At wife's decease, half the residue of estate to Church of England, Maugerville, for building repairs. Witnesses: John D'VEBER, Asa PERLEY, Henry PRIESTER.
