Mentions "my Just Clames upon Government which has passed the Board of Commissioners" for £2,420 New York currency, to be divided, "be it more or less," one-third between eldest son Asher ALLWARD and youngest son Benjamin ALLWARD. Remaining two-thirds to wife Sarah, sons Joseph and Silas ALLWARD and daughter Anna MARCHANT "otherwise ALLWARD". Sons Asher and Benjamin ALLWARD executors. Witnesses: Peter FITZ SIMONS, James CLARKE, Richard BONSALL.
