Abstract Town of Fredericton, York County, Merchant. Will dated 21 June 1794, proved 14 July 1794. Executors to liquidate property and remit to William IRVIN, Glasgow, North Britain, merchant, to be deposited in his hands until entire personal and real estate be liquidated. William IRVIN to pay to my father, David ANDERSON, now or late of Parish of Alves, County of Murray, North Britain, £15 sterling annually, and to my brothers John and James ANDERSON, now or late of County of Murray, farmers, each £15 sterling annually, and to my younger brother Andrew ANDERSON, Glasgow, merchant, £15 sterling annually. These payments to be made for 7 years from interest, or in amounts proportionate to the interest. At the end of 7 years, William IRVIN to divide the principal amongst the Annuitants. Thomas IRVIN, merchant, Saint John, Alexander BLACK, merchant, Fredericton, and Peter FRASER, merchant, Fredericton, executors. Witnesses: Duncan BLAIR, Francis McBEATH, Allen WILMOT.
