Abstract Parish of St. Andrews, Charlotte County, Clerk. Will dated 6 February 1817, proved 27 October 1818. Eldest son Samuel James ANDREWS northeast end of Chamcook Island, conditional that James, or some of his sons, settle on the island. If he sells, then sell to his brother Elisha, if possible. Also the property that fell to his mother at the decease of her "Father HAMILTON". His son George £10, his daughter Hannah Ann, a cow. Only daughter Hannah Ann, wife of Daniel McMASTER Esq., house and lot of Ninian LINDSAY Esq., in the Town Plat, four lots opposite the Glebe house. Her son George £10. Second son Elisha Stratton ANDREWS south end of Chamcook Island, lot in the Town Plat on the northeast corner of block where Court House stands, 2 lots on Pleasant Ridge. Youngest son Philip, if living, £5 Sterling, and to his two sons at Huntington, Connecticut, each 100 acres of land on Pleasant Ridge. Son Samuel James ANDREWS, Connecticut, and son Elisha S. ANDREWS, St. Andrews, executors. Witnesses: John CAMPBELL, David W. JACK, David WYER. Thomas WYER Junior, John BARBER and Benjamin STYMEST of the Parish of St. Andrews directed to appraise the estate.
