Sons Obadiah AYER and Grafton AYER the farm on which I reside, containing 15 acres, and one-third of 150-acre lot adjoining, purchased of William CRANE and Charles F. ALLISON. Son William Read AYER £4 at age 21. Daughter Nancy a bed, bedding, curtains, a finger ring and a pair of ear rings which formerly belonged to her mother. Daughters Lucretia AYER and Ariminta AYER each £10 at age 21. Wife Jerusha to have the use and profit from all real estate until youngest son, Grafton AYER, attains age 21.
