Abstract Parish of Maugerville, Sunbury County, Farmer and Blacksmith. Will dated 27 December 1822, proved 29 January 1825. Wife Sarah entire estate. Sons Richard, Robert, Edward and William and daughters Polley, Margaret and Elisabeth each one shilling. Wife Sarah BARTLETT sole executrix. Witnesses: David BURPE, Porter ROSS, Francis McEWEN. On 28 January 1825 Sarah BARTLETT refused executorship, requesting that her son, Asa BARKER of Parish of Burton be appointed Administrator in her stead.
