Remainder of estate to be divided among my five remaining children son James, daughter Mary, daughter Susannah, daughter Elisabeth and daughter Catharine. Brother James BRITTAIN Esq. and wife Christianna BRITTAIN executors. Witnesses: Jonathan OGDEN, Susan BRITTAIN, Mary BRITTAIN. Inventory, dated 5 April 1813, valued about £200 by Michael CLARK and [Daniel] CRAWFORD.
