Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Man of Colour. Intestate. Administration granted 28 July 1830 to the widow Susannah BROUGHTON, coloured woman. Fellow bondsmen Thomas LEAVITT and John R. PARTELOW, all of the City of Saint John. Inventory, filed 4 October 1830, consisted of half a lot of land on St. James Street valued at £50 by the administrator and bondsmen.
