Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Mariner. Will dated 20 January 1825, proved 14 March 1825. Entire estate, excepting the moiety or one half part of the schooner "Elizabeth" whereof I am the owner, to son George, he paying all debts against the said schooner, to wife Rhoda for life. At her death, residue of estate to executors in trust for my children, Elizabeth [Creasey], [Jacob] Christopher and Tobias, to be equally divided among them when they severally attain the age of 21 years. Wife Rhoda, son Jacob DELUE Junior and friend John DEAN executors. Witnesses: H. N. H. LUGRIN, Thomas LANSDOWN, William HAWKSHURST.
