Abstract Liverpool, Great Britain, Merchant. Charlotte County records. Intestate. Administration granted 28 June 1811 to Robert CUMMING, merchant, of St. Andrews. Fellow bondsman Peter STUBS of St. Andrews. Inventory, dated 29 June 1811, by John CAMPBELL and Thomas WYER Junr. states a Brig, the "Princess Royal," of 135 tons burden, was sold by MILL's agent, Mathew L. DAVIS, merchant, New York, on 22 March 1810 to Robert CUMMING at £1,081 5s., under guarantee to have transfer made to CUMMING at Liverpool, the transfer delayed account death of MILLS. No other assets here. James MILLS, heir at law and father of deceased.
