Son James land at Sandy Point, daughters each £40 at age 18, son John Lots 55, 69, two town lots and £40. Wife Lydia, Dougal THOMSON, shipwright, John McINTOSH, yeoman, executors. Witnesses: Henry Barlow BROWN, William COOKSON, Honor COOKSON (wife of William COOKSON).
