Fellow bondsmen James GRIGOR and Andrew CROOKSHANK, all of Saint John. On 23 March 1820 the heirs of Peter BLAIR, William BLAIR and John BLAIR, farmers, in Gartmore in the Parish of Abernethy and County of Inverness, North Britain, Isabel McCOOK, widow of the now deceased Robert BLAIR, late forester, [Rothumurchus] in the said County, and Ann BLAIR alias ROBERTSON, relict of the also deceased Alexander ROBERTSON of Glackmore in the said County, farmer, "considering that Peter BLAIR . . . . . our Brother German Died Intestate . . . . on the Fourteenth Day of August 1808" executed a discharge to William DONALD in perfect satisfaction of the administration. Witnesses: Peter BLAIR and John ROBERTSON, both of Abernerthy, sworn to before Francis TAYLOR, Chief Magistrate of the City of Elgin in Scotland.
