City of Saint John, St. John County, Blacksmith. Will dated 17 December 1834, proved 4 January 1835. To John LANDRAM, and for his guardian Martha CARD, my blacksmith tools and the lease of the shop in Duke Street. Martha CARD one-half of all my goods and chattels, the other half to Catharine LANDRAM. Martha CARD sole executrix. Witnesses: James Oliver ROGERS, Eliott DYER, James WILSON. An accounting of the estate, filed 5 January 1846, placed no value on the inventory, indicating the goods were mostly divided between Martha BRADWELL, wife of Robert BRADWELL, formerly Martha CARD, and Catherine McCAULEY, (also appears as "McAULEY" and "McCAWLEY") formerly Catherine LANDRAM.
