Natural daughter Mary WORDON £6 and farm in Queens County, Lots 17 and 18 east side of St. John River. Natural daughter [Weighty] OLMSTEAD (named as "Wait Ann OLMSTEAD" in Record Book C page 312) £6, Lot 8095 in City of Saint John purchased from Joseph CONLEY; land in West Isles where I live. Natural daughter Mary CASE Lot 1250 on Britton St., Saint John. Natural daughter Ann Lucretia CASE Lots 1248 and 1249 City of Saint John; one-third of my furniture. Wife Mary CASE £100 and half the rents from houses in Saint John to bring up my daughter Ann Lucretia until of age; one-third of my furniture. Daughter Mary CASE one-half the rents until of age and one-third of my furniture. Niece Mary APPLEBEE £12 10s. William BABCOCK, Thomas WORDEN and James H. OLMSTEAD executors. Witnesses: Jeremiah JAIMISON, Isaac COOK, Elisha LLOYD. CODICIL dated 1 October 1832 provided for possible unborn child to share equally with daughters Mary and Ann Lucretia CASE, should the unborn child be born within eight months of this date. Witnessed by William BABCOCK. Inventory, dated 6 March 1833, valued at £1,210 by David W. JACK, James H. WHITEHEAD and Peter SMITH. A three page statement of real and personal property, filed on 13 March 1833 by D. William BABCOCK, valued at £1,165, consisted of mortgages, notes of hand, schooner "Favorite" bounty bill in the amount of £60 and various goods on the schooner "Favorite," all in addition to the appraised inventory. This statement also listed various parcels of land without values.
