Résumé Parish of Sussex, Kings County. Will dated 21 December 1829, proved 15 February 1830. Wife Elizabeth one third of all real estate, being Lots 19, 20 and 7, and one third of my personal estate as long as she lives. "I also Will and Bequeath my real Estate to my Lawful heirs viz my Eldest son John Second James third Seth and fourth Martha and fifth Mary and sixth Sarah." After wife's death, Lot 7 to eldest son John. Lots 19 and 20 to be divided, with the personal property, to James and Seth. Eldest daughter Martha her maintenance by James and Seth as long as she remains with them. James and Seth to pay Mary and Sarah each £5. John FOSTER and James FOSTER executors. Witnesses: Robert M'LEOD, Ulas HANEY, Edward WEYMAN. Inventory, dated 25 January 1830, valued £1,102.
