Estate to be divided among sons Isaac Birdsall, Charles Dean, Joshua, Joseph, John, Edward (may be one person, "John Edward"), and Benjamin, and daughters Margaret and Sarah. Eldest son Isaac Birdsall £50 at age 21. Wife, unnamed (as "Deborah GIDNEY" in the probate records), son Isaac Birdsall and William FOSHAY executors. Witnesses: Samuel R. CLARKE, Frederick ANDREWS, James PETERS. Probate granted to two of the executors, Deborah GIDNEY and William FOSHAY, the other executor, Isaac Birdsall GIDNEY being an infant under the age of 21.
