Résumé Parish of Sussex, Kings County. Will dated 10 June 1815, proved 23 August 1815. My two sons, George and Samuel, land in Sussex purchased from Gilfred STUDHOLM Esq. where I now reside, with all stock, utensils and furniture, except one good feather bed and bedding, they to pay the following legacies. Sons John, William, Robert and Alexander each 20 shillings. Daughter Nancy, for her extraordinary care, labour and attention to me, £100 and one good feather bed, bolster, pillows, bedstead and bedding. Daughter Mary £50. Daughter Betsey £50. Daughter Jane £50. Grandson William LINDEN, son of my daughter Lucy, £50. Daughter Lucy one cow. Sons George and Samuel to pay the bequests one year after my decease, the bequests to minor sons to be paid at age 21 and to minor daughters at age 18 and to grandson at age 21. Such daughters as are under age may chose to reside in the dwelling and shall have reasonable support. Son Charles land granted to me, 400 acres in Parish of Sussex, where he now resides. Son William, son George, son Samuel, all of the Parish of Sussex, and Francis PICKLE of the Parish of Norton executors. Witnesses: Walter DIBBLEE, John ROSS, John F. DIBBLEE. Inventory, dated 15 August 1815, valued at £1,138 by Samuel HALLETT, John KING and George PITFIELD "J. Peace."
