Will dated 8 September 1829, proved 29 December 1829. Nephew Robert Owen JONES and his sister Mary JONES each £100. David Owen RUSSELL and Price Owen FLAGG each £50 and £100 each at age 21. Hannah SMITH, for long and faithful service, cash in my dwelling, furnishing and stock on my farms, in trust, she to bring up and educate David Owen RUSSELL until age 21. David Owen RUSSELL house and lot in Lubec, Washington County, bought of Reuben SMITH, lease of lands on Campobello purchased from David TINKER. William and Francis KINNEAR each £100. Robert Owen JONES residue of estate here and in England. Robert Owen JONES, Hannah SMITH, with William KINNEAR and Francis KINNEAR of St. John, Counsellors at Law, executors. Witnesses: Charles MULHOLLAND, Price FLAGG, Samuel MARTIN, schoolmaster. CODICIL dated 13 November 1829 names Cadwallader CURRY, Campobello, and James CHAFFEY, Indian Island, executors, replacing William and Francis KINNEAR. Inventory, dated 26 March 1830, by the executors, listed a variety of real estate and personal effects without values.
