Children of nephew Thomas WYER, the younger:— Elizabeth Margaret WYER, Joanna Pote WYER, Susan WYER and Thomas Tompkins WYER Lot 4, formerly property of Major William ANSTRUTHER. Nephew Thomas WYER, the younger, and friends John CAMPBELL and John DUNN of St. Andrews, my dwelling; Town Lots 5 and 6; stock in Bank of New Brunswick and in Bank of Passamaquoddy. To dispose of same, investing the proceeds and pay the interest to my sisters-in-law Janet PAGAN and Maxwell PAGAN, and at their death the proceeds to nephew Thomas WYER and his sister Miriam Pagan MOWAT. Miriam Pagan MOWAT, daughter of David MOWAT Esq., £15. Joanna SAWYER of Portland £25 and her sister Sophia ILSLEY £10 as a token of respect of Obadiah BERRY, their father. Ann [BEEK or BEEBE] and Miriam STEVENS, daughters of my uncle Josiah BERRY late of Portland deceased, each £15. Margaret Dunlop FALLON, widow, and her daughter Anna Maria FALLON each £25. Joanna CURRY, daughter of Thomas WYER, £25. Maria DeWOLFE £100 and a silver tea pot and stand given me by her late father. George PAGAN £150. Nephew Thomas WYER gold watch and silver tankard given me by my mother. Elizabeth Margaret WYER, daughter of Thomas WYER, silver coffee pot. Susan CAMPBELL, daughter of Colin CAMPBELL, set of mahogany drawers that belonged to her Grandmother. Friend John CAMPBELL £50. Thomas WYER, John CAMPBELL and John DUNN executors.
