Wife Miriam £250 annuity for life; dwelling and Lots 5 and 6 on the Public Square; the lot at the entrance of the Maquadavic River purchased from Mr. CALAGHAN, and Lot 20 below the falls of the Scoodic River purchased of Major ANSTRUTHER. Sisters Jenny, Nancy and Maxwell £100 annuity jointly. Residue of estate to be divided. George and Maria PAGAN, children of my deceased brother Thomas each one-quarter share. Margaret Dunlop PAGAN and Maria Martin PAGAN, children of my deceased brother John, each one-eighth share. Thomas WYER and Miriam Pagan WYER, children of Thomas WYER Esq., each one-eighth share.
